But, to get there you have to go through an initiation – a rite of passage – called Awakening.

If you feel apprehensions and resistance arising within you, I understand. But there’s nothing “woo woo” about any of this. Personal Coaching allows us to be highly targeted in our work and deep dive into blocks and barriers that are stopping us from embodying our full potential.

Why choose personal coaching?

For some of my clients, it’s simply about time. They don’t have the time or interest to read countless books, go to workshops and retreats, or spend years on self-study and inner work.

Typically, they’re accustomed to hiring a pro for problems they need to have resolved.

For others, it’s about discretion. Whether they’re a CEO or celebrity, they live their life in the scrutiny of business partners, shareholders, investors, board members, employees, clients or the public eye and so privacy and confidentiality is a primary concern.

However, the vast majority of my clients come to me when they’re confronted with some sort of life crisis such as:

The high achievers biggest blind spot is that they often don’t realize how they are high achievers in one or maybe a few areas of their life but under-achievers in others. And, this creates conflict – inner conflict that is – which then frequently expresses itself in self-destructing behaviors of escapism.
